A.I. creator Anthropic highlights their expectation that companies will have virtual employees within one year. Much more than just an A.I. "Agent", these employees will have memories, will learn from watching other human employees as well as from their mistakes, and will have active roles in organizations including their own email and security i.d. and password authentication, access to data, etc.
What will your call center look like in a year?
What will your logistics department look like?
